Mandatory to complete the package within validity Period.
Valid for both men and women from Monday to Saturday. Time 10 am to 7pm.
Breakup of packages will not be provided and packages is non transferrable and not refundable.
Additional test/treatment, if any, will be billed as per actuals.
Full amount to be paid in advance at the time of availing the package.
Minimum gap between two sessions, scheduling of procedure appointments shall be as per doctor's advice.
Free Consultation is specific to the package & valid only on the day of the procedure.
